Accounts / Membership

Our department plays a vital role in supporting both potential candidates through the Membership process and our entire team's accounting operations. For Membership, we are instrumental in providing essential information and assistance, ensuring a smooth transition into the Club. Simultaneously, we support Members and our team by managing tasks such as sending Member statements, addressing billing inquiries, processing payments, handling accounts payable, and providing vendor support. Operating as a close-knit and highly efficient unit, we oversee the complete accounting cycle for all other departments year-round, while also extending support in areas like budgeting, purchasing, and various other administrative tasks. Additionally, we serve as the central hub for Member communications and information dissemination.
 

Purchasing

The Bailey's Team requires a diverse array of materials and services to craft exceptional experiences for our Members. Within the Purchasing Department, responsibilities encompass sourcing, ordering, processing, storing, and delivering a wide range of items, including food and beverage, paper goods, and more, to various departments within the Club. Tasks within the department span from crucial day-to-day operations to strategic sourcing and the maintenance of vendor relationships.

Food and Beverage

Our club prides itself on being a seven-day-a-week destination, offering a delectable array of dining options to our Members and guests. From our inviting snack bar and daily hot buffet to our refreshing ice cream parlor café and poolside grill, we ensure there's something for every palate. Each evening, we elevate the culinary experience with a variety of dining opportunities, spanning from à la carte specialties to lavish buffet spreads.

Beyond our exceptional dining offerings, we also take pride in hosting a myriad of events, including memorable weddings throughout the vibrant summer season. Our commitment to excellence extends from our daily operations to our event services, ensuring that every individual who walks through our doors experiences nothing short of perfection.

Recreation

Our recreation department offers a wide array of activities designed to promote health, wellness, and fun for our members of all ages. With six Har-Tru tennis courts, enthusiasts can enjoy a thrilling game in a picturesque setting, perfecting their skills or engaging in friendly matches with fellow players. Additionally, our fitness classes cater to various interests and skill levels, providing opportunities for members to stay active and achieve their fitness goals under the guidance of experienced instructors.

For families, our summer camp for children provides a dynamic and enriching experience filled with adventure, learning, and camaraderie. From engaging activities to exciting excursions, our camp offers a safe and nurturing environment where children can explore new interests, make lasting friendships, and create cherished memories that will last a lifetime.

Beach and Pool

Our beach and pool operations ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our members and guests. Along the pristine shoreline, we maintain cabanas, provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and offer towels for comfort. Our attentive staff also serves a variety of food and drinks, allowing everyone to relax and indulge in a true beachside retreat. Additionally, our pool area provides a haven for relaxation and fun, complete with sparkling waters and comfortable loungers. Whether soaking up the sun or taking a refreshing dip, our poolside oasis offers leisure and recreation for all.
